Founder & Chair
Chris Pont
Chris has been obsessed with problem solving and delivering solutions from a young age. With an extensive background in IT consultancy for Aviva, Willis Group, BT, SEGA and British Gas, with a focus on technology and process to deliver customer value.
In 2014, Chris co-founded IJYI to combine his passion for software delivery with his expertise for tooling, process and culture. IJYI has grown to an extensive team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, Quality Engineers and Support Analysts, with clients based across the UK.
CEO
Kevin Linsell
Kevin took up the Chief Executive Officer position after two years of heading up the Sales & Marketing function at IJYI. With extensive experience in the tech sector, he leads the business, including working across partner and product management, architecture, strategy and sales.
Kevin has a passion for tech and enjoys working with customers to understand their technical, business and operational requirements and ultimately delivering a successful outcome. When he’s not hard at work you will generally find Kevin strapping on his running shoes and heading out for a quick half marathon in his spare time!

Kevin Ward
Kevin is Chief Financial Officer of IJYI. Kevin has a broad experience at board level, built over the last ten years since leaving his role as a regional head and relationship Director at Barclays Corporate.
Having held various board positions with both troubled and fast growing business across many sectors, Kevin is focused on the financial and compliance elements of the company strategic plans. Utilising his wide network, Kevin often undertakes projects for the company and, with his team, he assists with overseeing compliance.

Asa Margetts
Asa is Chief Technology Officer at IJYI. Assuming overall responsibility for the technology strategy and implementation at IJYI, he brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry across leadership, consultancy, infrastructure, data and software development.
His expertise also extends to cybersecurity, a skillset that plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our customer's data in today's interconnected world.
As CTO, Asa focuses on driving growth and innovation while maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and culture.
